With a deep love for the Deschutes River and years spent as "river people," the name Big Eddy was born—a tribute to those calm, steady spots found amidst the river’s currents. This passion for the outdoors and the Bend lifestyle inspired the bold decision to relocate and establish Big Eddy Property Management at the heart of this growing community.

We bring over a decade of battle-tested property management experience from a major metropolitan market, allowing us to offer efficiencies and protections that secure your real estate investment. But we are more than just property managers; with a background in the restaurant industry, we approach every interaction with a hospitality mindset. With years of experience in the fast-paced world of film production, Rebecca developed a knack for managing logistics and handling the many details that keep complex projects on track. At Big Eddy, she takes care of administrative operations while also spearheading community outreach and marketing efforts. Her mix of creativity and organization helps get things done thoughtfully, creating a sense of connection and trust with the community Big Eddy serves. Rebecca has spent a total of 10 years calling Bend home, a place she worked hard to make her permanent residence. Her love for the area and its lively culture inspires her to stay involved in the community. Outside of her role at Big Eddy, she works with local non-profits, doing her part to give back and make a difference.
